Thanks to the changes in the laws surrounding “cottage baking” in recent years, Elena can now pursue her passion in her own kitchen, equipped with all the necessary equipment. She can also sell cakes, cupcakes and sourdough breads.
Elena's story is truly moving. She left war-torn Serbia at a young age. She had little money and faced her language barrier. Still, this did not prevent her from building her own life. She eventually started her own business to cover her bills and culinary education.
