Breakfast and lunch restaurant Toast Coffee + Kitchen is opening a new location in Ronkonkoma's Station Yard.
Toast has leased 5,004 square feet of restaurant space located directly across from the Ronkonkoma-Long Island Railroad Station in a mixed-use development being constructed by Tri-Tech Real Estate.
This growing restaurant chain has existing locations in Bay Shore, Long Beach, Patchogue and Port Jefferson Station. Toast Coffee + Kitchen offers a menu that includes locally sourced ingredients and a selection of coffees and teas.
Toast is represented by Allen Boulos, Richard Cardona, Matthew Sullivan and Scott Schneider of Patchogue-based Evernest Commercial Real Estate, along with Steven D'Orazio of Colliers and Maria. – Mr. Valanzano and Mr. Jake Horowitz represented the landlord, Tritech, in the rental transaction.
Boulos has been working with Toast and its founder Terry Scarlatos for some time.

Skarlatos said the restaurant's original location was near Tri-Tech's corporate headquarters and that he has always been impressed by the developer's commitment to improving Long Island communities and supporting businesses.

Toast Coffee + Kitchen at Station Yards is scheduled to open this summer.
