Arizona-based Hash Kitchen announced it is expanding to six new locations, including one here in Cowtown.
The new Fort Worth store, located at 3240 Tracewood Way, is scheduled for a grand opening on Friday, May 3, in celebration of the brand's planned tri-state expansion.
According to a release, Hash Kitchen made a name for itself in 2015 with widespread popularity for its premium brunch experiences, including the world's first build-your-own Bloody Mary bar. Fort Worth may be Hash Kitchen's first expansion outside of its home state of Arizona, but it won't be its last location in the Lone Star State. Two more hash kitchens are slated to open in Texas, one in Pearland and his other in Webster. These expansions are the result of the restaurant's first out-of-state location in Draper, Utah, which opened to much fanfare in November 2023.
The Savory Fund is working with Maggiore Group, the group behind Hash Kitchen, to help expand the food concept's brand into neighboring states.
“The Hash Kitchen is a dining experience like no other,” said Andrew K. Smith, co-founder and managing partner of Savory Fund. arizona big media. “Joey, Christina and Flora have been great partners, and we are excited to grow this unique brand and bring the charm of Hush His Kitchen to communities in Texas and across the country.”
According to the menu, Fort Worth's Hash Kitchen will serve the same dishes that put it on Arizona's culinary map, including herb fried chicken & waffles and brunch birria bao buns. Don't forget Hangover Hash. Chili-braised beef, jalapeño cornbread, potato hash and mozzarella, poached eggs and fried onion rings are all served with demi hollandaise sauce.
In addition to making their own Bloody Mary, Hash Kitchen patrons will also enjoy disco decor and a DJ booth offering live entertainment weekly.
“It's great to see the concept and menu I created become famous,” said Maggiore Group co-founder and chef Joey Maggiore. “Now everyone will know what 'hush hush baby' is.”
