The Citizenry, a Dallas-based direct-to-consumer home decor brand that partners with artisans around the world, has been acquired by Havenly, a Denver-based interior design services and home furnishings company.
The acquisition will further increase its impact as the socially-minded home decor company continues to expand the availability of sustainable artisanal furniture and products, Citizenry said. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
