Cannoli Kitchen Pizza has appointed Andrew DiMatteo as operations manager, according to a press release.
Mr. DiMatteo will become part of the brand's leadership team, spearheading a new franchisee training program and overseeing Cannoli Kitchen Pizza operations.
Most recently, DiMatteo served as Vice President of Operations for a multi-unit, privately owned Italian restaurant brand.
“Andrew's culinary and restaurant training and family roots in Italy make him a perfect fit for this role. Combined with his familiarity with the culture that Cannoli Kitchen Pizza embodies, Andrew's He is ready to help drive growth for our brands, a role we have not been able to fill.'' The brand will hold its first training school in May, offering seven weeks of learning. This includes two weeks in a classroom at our global headquarters in West Palm Beach, three weeks at a restaurant in Deerfield Beach, and two weeks at a new franchise location.
