This will be the band's first trip to Juneau, and also serves as a homecoming for the band's bassist, Joe Funk, who was born and raised in Juneau. Local group Muskeg Collective will also be participating in the July 26 performance.
The Kitchen Dwellers' spring tour kicks off this Thursday, April 25th in Atlanta, and begins in Nashville on April 26th with Leftover Salmon and the Infamous Sterndusters. The band then heads to New Orleans for a special bluegrass tribute to Dr. John, and then heads to Colorado for two shows at The Lawn at the Surf Hotel in Buena Vista, Colorado in May. They will return and perform three more times in Buena Vista, Colorado. The famous Mishawaka Amphitheater in Bellevue, Colorado.
