DENVER — Kitchen Guard, a California-based franchisor of commercial kitchen exhaust cleaning businesses, is expanding into the Boulder Valley and Northern Colorado markets.
Ryan Crave, owner of Kitchen Guard in Denver-Boulder, recently registered a business name with Crave's Penguin Enterprises LLC, allowing him to open an outpost of Kitchen Guard, according to the Colorado Secretary of State's Office. Signed a multi-unit franchise agreement. There are locations throughout the Denver area as well as in the Boulder and Greeley markets.
The first location is expected to be operational by the third quarter of this year.
