Serious violation: Approximately 5 pounds of cooked chicken stored on the counter at a temperature of 52 to 58 degrees. Operator says it took him less than 2 hours (correction – moved to cooler).
violation: Cut out a plastic bottle and use it as a shovel (correction → disposal).
Dirt has accumulated on the lower shelf at the rear of the device and on the outside of the device and it is not clean.
The hand wash sink is inaccessible and the drain is leaking. Hand washing stations are not provided with soap and paper towels.
There is a lot of grease build up on the floor under and around the cooking utensils and it is not clean.

Serious violation: Spray bottles of chemicals stored next to tea in use, not individually packaged (correction – chemicals moved away from food and individual service items).
violation: Groceries are stored on the floor in a walk-in cooler.
Squeeze an unlabeled bottle of liquid food.
Food within the top of the breakfast prep cooler will not be stored covered when not in use.
The reach-in cooler gasket along the front service line is cracked, damaged, and poorly repaired, resulting in the cooler door not sealing properly.
The internal area of the breakfast sandwich cooler is not clean with excessive amount of crumbs. The bulk bin that stores the donut toppings is not clean. The bulk bin used to store matcha and chai for lattes is not clean. The ice scoop storage box at the back service counter is not clean.
The edges of the metal rolling rack that stores the donuts are not clean due to food buildup. The edges of the donut display case have accumulated crumbs and are not clean.
The drain tray in the iced coffee area is not clean.
The hand wash sink at the back of the kitchen drains slowly.
Neither customer bathroom is clean.
The floor of the walk-in cooler is not clean with food debris under the shelves. Floor edges under and around equipment throughout the kitchen are not clean.
