SPARTANBURG, S.C. (WSPA) – Loosen your belt and experiment with all kinds of sliders in your burger prep for a purpose.
Cribbs Kitchen will be hosting the 9th Annual Cribbs Kitchen Burger Cook-Off on Saturday, May 4th and will be offering contest benefits to Childhood Cancer Partners of the Carolinas.
This year, more than ever, 16 teams will be cooking at West Main Street and Daniel Morgan Avenue in Spartanburg.
The team starts at noon and continues until they run out of burgers around 5 p.m.
All proceeds from this event will benefit upstate children fighting cancer through Childhood Cancer Partners of the Carolinas. The partners provide comprehensive support to more than 2,300 children and their families in the Carolinas each year.
This year there will be live music as well as a variety of family-friendly activities including a foam zone, balloon artists, face painting and more.
The Judge's Choice winner will have the privilege of having their winning burger featured on Cribs Kitchen's menu for the following year.
