Get ready for some fun at South Grand starting in a few weeks.Cat Willey and Will Brawley – the duo behind it good time kitchen – We will soon be taking over the evening kitchens at Grand Spirits Bottle Company and New Society.Living life begins It will run from June 6th to December 21st and will feature several signature fare throughout the night.

If you're familiar with Good Time Kitchen, you'll notice a few favorites on the seasonally changing menu. At least one of his fresh pasta dishes, a late-night version of egg sandwich sliders (a featured item at GTK's first Grand Spirits Residency in 2023), and spicy shrimp from local purveyor and market favorite Wheelhouse Fish Company Shrimp dip, rotating alcoholic ice cream.
Also available will be a selection of classic foods that GTK has been offering at this year's Tower Grove Farmers Market, including fresh frozen pasta, miso cookie dough and pickles. If you want to know before you go, the full menu will be published through his GTK Instagram a few days before the first day of the residency.

Willy and Broly It has a history with New Society and Grand Spirits owner Mike Fricker. This Bottle His shop was home to his first GTK pop-up dinner in December 2022. “We are so grateful to have had Mike in our corner since we first tasted his menu together,” Willie says. “Will and I really enjoy working at Grand Spirits and New Society. Their creativity and talent always inspires us.”
Since that first dinner, GTK has expanded to include pop-ups at 4 Hands' downtown location. Frances Park. New stalls will be appearing at the Tower Grove Farmers Market on Saturday mornings, offering a different experience at each venue.

The Grand Spirits residency will give the duo a chance to take time to settle in and serve the menu more frequently, capping off a weekly stint in Tower Grove that both Brawley and Willie have enjoyed. Since opening at TGFM, the duo has regularly sold out and gained new fans and market regulars. “Giving food on a regular basis alongside grocery sales at TGFM is where we want to be right now,” Willey says. “We want to continue to bring more events and cool, delicious things to St. Louis.”
