Season 3 of the FX and Hulu series premieres June 27th
Things are heating up in the kitchen for FX's third season bear.
In the latest trailer for the upcoming season of the comedy-drama series, we see Jeremy Allen White's Carmy Belzatto and Ayo Edebiri's Sydney Adam preparing for dinner service at the restaurant while Ebon Moss Bakrach's Richie Jerimovich works on the floor as the manager.
“We're open for business,” Richie declares, as the Rolling Stones' “Mixed Emotions” picks up the pace of the trailer.
Sydney orders her staff to “grill” dishes like wagyu beef and cavatelli, but Carmy throws the plates in the trash and demands they be “re-grilled!” Meanwhile, a disgruntled Richie tells Carmy, “That's where I get my training.”

A series of mishaps in and around the kitchen led Sydney to say, “This is a dysfunctional kitchen.”
Richie and Carmie chimed in in unison, “Show us something that works.”
In a teaser for the Emmy-winning series, which White, 33, released on May 9, Carmie is seen walking alone into a kitchen and pulling out a knife, then the scene zooms out to reveal the Chicago skyline, as Carmie looks straight into the camera.
According to FX's official synopsis, season three will see the trio “trying their best to take The Bear, a beef stand-turned-fine dining establishment, to the highest level possible while also doing their best to keep the business afloat.”
“Their commitment to culinary excellence will push our staff to new levels and strengthen the bonds that hold our restaurants together,” the description continues. “Our chefs have learned that every second counts, and this season will show if they have what it takes to survive into tomorrow.”
