Hell's Kitchen's seven locations are primarily in the Western and Eastern U.S., with none in the Midwest. The chain has locations in Lake Tahoe, Nevada, Las Vegas (visited), Harrah's in Southern California, Washington DC, Miami, Florida, Caesars in Atlantic City, New Jersey, and Foxwoods Resort Casino in Connecticut. If you live in these areas, you'll be just a stone's throw away from the menu showcasing Gordon Ramsay's signature recipe for Beef Wellington.

Menus vary slightly from location to location; some serve lunch, some don't, and menus vary in length. Some offer other dishes like pizza, but the common thread is that main courses focus on meat and seafood. All locations offer Ramsay's signature three-course prix fixe menu, with pan-seared scallops as a starter (some locations also offer a salad option), beef wellington as a main, and sticky toffee pudding for dessert.
Ramsay is a busy chef, so unless he advertises something, it's unlikely that you'll see him in a Hell's Kitchen location, but you can always count on him. If you do, hopefully he won't panic in the open kitchen like he does on the TV show. Oh, and if Hell's Kitchen isn't your thing, Ramsay also operates restaurants across the US, including Lucky Cat, Ramsay's Kitchen, Gordon Ramsay Burgers, Gordon Ramsay Fish and Chips, Gordon Ramsay Pub and Grill, Gordon Ramsay Steaks, and Gordon Ramsay Food Market, so you can enjoy as many of Ramsay's dishes as you like.
