Bushfire Kitchen, a California-based restaurant group serving handcrafted, comfort food, today announced the grand opening of its newest location at Alicia's Landing Retail Center in Mission Viejo.
Committed to serving healthy, nutritious food at affordable prices, Bushfire Kitchen crafts its dishes from high-quality ingredients, including the finest humanely raised proteins and locally grown produce. The restaurant's globally inspired menu features favorites such as Thai Chicken Curry, Chimichurri Grass-Fed Tri-Tip, En Fuego Burger and hand-crafted empanadas, as well as an extensive selection of craft beers, wines and sangrias.
“We're thrilled to finally open our doors to the vibrant Mission Viejo community and showcase our redefined classic American cuisine,” said Oliver Barwin, CEO of Bushfire Kitchen.
Serving chef-prepared, home-cooked meals that will satisfy both your palate and your conscience, the new venue can accommodate over 80 guests both indoors and on the large, shaded, heated patio, making it the perfect venue for year-round gatherings. Bushfire Kitchen also offers delivery, takeaway, happy hour and catering for events of up to 350 guests, including weddings, corporate events, anniversaries and family reunions.
The Mission Viejo location is located in the Alicia Landing retail center, a shopping mall anchored by a Target at the intersection of I-5 Freeway and Alicia Parkway. The store joins six existing Bushfire Kitchen locations throughout San Diego and the Inland Empire. The group continues to expand in Orange County and Southern California with plans to open a store in Riverside later this year.
