Home chefs have shared their workaround online, posting photos of cookbooks hanging above their kitchen counters using metal clip hangers, the sort you'd typically use for pants or skirts.The great thing about this hack is that it keeps the cookbooks at eye level, unlike traditional cookbook stands that force you to look down to see them.
The clip also keeps the pages open exactly where you need them, eliminating the risk of food stains on your book if you turn the recipe pages with flour, sugar, or oil on your hands.
