The local business' new venture is a “cash-and-carry furniture store” that offers comfortable, affordable, contemporary furniture, said marketing director Ashley Dennis.
“The first week of release was a huge success,” she said.
Dennis said the 25,000-square-foot store will stock a wide range of contemporary sofas, couches, sectionals, dining tables, chairs, bookshelves, home decor and other furniture options.
“There's so much going on here in Lebanon,” Dennis said. “There are so many new businesses and restaurants and it seems like there's a lot of development going on.”
Furniture purchased in store can be picked up the same day or delivered to your home via a third-party delivery service.
Store hours are Thursday and Friday from 11am to 7pm, Saturday from 10:30am to 6pm and Sunday from 12pm to 6pm.
The store is co-owned by Kristen Poncho, her mother, Dee Alexander, and her brother, Nate Alexander.
The family team also operates Rose & Remington and Burlap & Birch, named after Pinchot's twin children. Rose & Remington has 23 stores with several new ones opening in 2022, Dennis said. Burlap & Birch has seven stores, with two more scheduled to open later this spring in Indiana and Kentucky.
Rose & Remington offers women's apparel, while Burlap & Birch offers contemporary, affordable home goods, home décor and gifts.
New Rose & Remington Location
Rose & Remington will open a store at Dayton Mall near First Watch at 2830 Centerville Road in Miamisburg on Friday, March 4.
The new Rose & Remington Dayton store offers nearly double the selection of clothing, home décor, beauty and gifts. Plus, the store's design has a contemporary style that makes it completely different from any other stores in the area.
Dennis said Rose & Remington plans to open 40 more stores over the next few years in Ohio, Indiana, Kentucky, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Illinois, Texas and surrounding states.
“This store is an experiential store that caters to all your retail therapy needs,” Dennis said.
Rose & Remington plans to relocate its Mason store later this spring to a larger space just two doors down from its current store, which Dennis said will also become a lifestyle center offering a wide selection of contemporary, affordable clothing, jewelry, accessories, home décor, beauty and gifts.
