CHITTENANGO, N.Y. – YBR Casino & Sportsbook is set to open Brick House Kitchen, a new restaurant offering guests a unique experience with a menu that combines upscale home-style cooking in a vibrant atmosphere.. Brickhouse Kitchen will hold its grand opening on Saturday, July 20. The venue will offer 9,000 square feet of dining, signature cocktails and an eclectic menu prepared by Turning Stone's culinary team.
BrickHouse Kitchen's extensive menu features sophisticated pub fare and signature entrees. Led by Executive Chef Ron Ross of Enterprise and Executive Chef Holly Tennant, formerly sous chef at The Lake House in Sylvan Beach, the culinary team has created a unique menu of creative twists on tavern favorites such as Chili Con Carne Nachos, Reuben Egg Rolls, Fried Calamari and Flavored Chicken Wings. Also on offer are the Grilled Open Face NY Strip Steak Sandwich, Signature Burgers, Mustard Maple Salmon and the 12 oz. New York Strip Steak.
