Celebrity Chef Sam Choi and Staff Chef John will be your guides for this exciting event and will be teaming up with incredible Chef Wendy and Chef Ryan from Holoholo Grill at Koloa Landing to create the delicious Seared Ahi with Matcha Soba – a fusion of flavors not to be missed.
2024 Kauai Poke Fest Champion
Don Guzman of the Grand Hyatt Hawaii won gold for his poke dish: congee topped with a variety of poke toppings — a triumph of Chinese fusion.
Special Work by Uncle Sam and John
For the highlight of the festival, Uncle Sam and John will create a spectacular layered poke tower shaped like a bundt cake. This unique creation features pineapple relish and a delicious blend of ulu and taro poke in the center – a visually stunning and culinary masterpiece that celebrates the rich flavors of Hawaii.
