Victoria Beckham captured the attention of her 33 million Instagram followers this week with a slew of throwback photos to celebrate her 25th wedding anniversary with her husband, former England soccer star David.
What caught the eye of fans curious about the former Spice Girl's interior design choices was an unexpected snapshot of the ex-Manchester United player writing his wedding vows in his modest kitchen.
The footballer, who was 24 at the time, was seen wearing white shorts with blonde streaked hair, sitting at a kitchen table which had a pink tablecloth and glass cover.
The space behind him features white cabinetry, granite worktops and classic '90s print tile.

Elsewhere in the carousel, the fashion designer shared a series of unearthed photos from the lead-up to their special day, in which the couple were seen trying out the large red velvet-adorned throne they sat on during their wedding reception.
Victoria looked effortlessly cool in mid-wash jeans, a white baby t-shirt and sneakers, while her fiancé looked subdued in dark grey jeans, a white t-shirt and a baseball cap.
The mother-of-four also showed off a three-tiered wedding cake, topped with fondant leaves, apples and two nude dolls.
Beckham's Wedding
The power couple married in 1999 at Luttrellstown Castle in Dublin, a 15th-century castle set in 560 acres of private grounds with 20 bedrooms and a ballroom.
The bride wore two dresses: a strapless, corseted satin dress by Vera Wang and a slinky purple dress with a thigh slit and corsage detailing by Antonio Berardi.
Among the couple's family were a number of famous faces in attendance, including Victoria's Spice Girls bandmates Emma Bunton, Mel B, Mel C and Geri Halliwell Horner, as well as David's Manchester United teammates Gary Neville, Dwight Yorke and Ryan Giggs.
The Beckham family home portfolio
The kitchen that was the backdrop for David's vow-writing session is a far cry from his current portfolio of homes: the doting father and his '90s icon wife own a luxury £31million townhouse in Holland Park as well as a luxury £6million farmhouse in the Cotswolds.
