A new addition to Doylestown's dining scene, Secret Indian Kitchen, opened in a corner of Mercer Square Shopping Center at the end of May, writes Jeff Warner. patch.
According to the restaurant's website, upon entering, diners will immediately find themselves enveloped in a “rich tapestry of Indian cuisine, carefully crafted with love and tradition.”
“Welcome to a culinary experience where every bite tells a story and every meal feels like home,” it further states.
The restaurant is a dream come true for Hemant, a celebrated chef who has worked in the restaurant industry for over a decade, including at some of the country's leading restaurants, and whose goal was to open his own establishment ever since he began his career.
“What began as a small catering operation has evolved into Secret Indian Kitchen, a culinary treasure trove tucked away in the heart of vibrant Doylestown,” the website states.
The restaurant offers a variety of traditional dishes on its menu, including succulent tandoori meats and flavoursome curries.
“Everything is made with real spices and love,” say the owners, “and we can't wait to share our family recipes and passion for Indian food with you all.”
