INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) — New dining concept, FLVR Kitchen, will hold its grand opening from 6-8pm on July 19. FLVR Kitchen is located at Plaza Urbana (3827 N. Mitthoefer Rd.) on the east end of Indianapolis. The new test kitchen concept will showcase multiple restaurant ideas under one roof, marking the beginning of a flavorful new addition to the local dining scene.
The grand opening will feature three unique eateries: Naptown Tenders, Bytes Burger and Incredisoul. Naptown Tenders serves a variety of chicken tenders with a variety of sauces and sides. Bytes Burger serves gourmet burgers made with quality ingredients to satisfy both traditional burger lovers and adventurous foodies. Incredisoul serves modern takes on classic Southern recipes, including fried chicken, fish, veggies and yams.
Guests attending the grand opening will have the opportunity to be among the first to experience FLVR Kitchen's diverse menu during an evening filled with food, music and community engagement.
Attendees will also have the opportunity to meet Chef Dave Eubank, who has been a fixture in the culinary world for 15 years, with his outstanding work being featured in local publications, on-air spots on local television stations and several appearances on WISH-TV.
Despite the setback of losing his first restaurant concept due to COVID-19, Chef Eubank’s resilience and determination remained unwavering, and now he has consolidated all of his culinary concepts under the FLVR Kitchen Test Kitchen brand, continuing his mission to bring great food to Indianapolis.
