BuzzFeed writer Hannah Lowentheil said: “I had been considering purchasing an air fryer for quite some time, but after COVID-19 hit and I started cooking every night with my family, I finally decided it was time to buy one. Friends were raving about the new Instant Vortex Plus Six-in-One Air Fryer, so after reading similar reviews on Amazon, I knew this would be a good product. It happens to be made by the same company that makes the popular Instant Pot. Although I intended to use the device primarily as an air fryer, Additionally, you can roast, broil, bake, reheat and dry foods.
“I've had this air fryer for about three weeks now and I can honestly say it has become a hero in my kitchen. It preheats quickly, is large enough to hold a good amount of food at once, and is easy to clean. It cooks your food without oil, crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. I use my air fryer to make vegetables almost every night, and they come out delicious. If you cook for kids or picky eaters, or if you're not really interested in eating vegetables, the air fryer is a great choice. If you love chicken, the air fryer may change your life. I'm not exaggerating. Air fryers produce restaurant-quality chicken that tastes incredibly decadent, except they use no oil to cook it, just air. I also made sesame chicken in the air fryer using boneless, skinless chicken thighs. The sesame chicken tasted almost exactly like my favorite Chinese takeout and had absolutely no bearing on my cooking skills. The air fryer made the chicken super crispy. I couldn't believe I made this at home!”
You can get it on Amazon for $79.95.
