Maniya is organising 'Hastakala', an exhibition and sale of handicrafts, textiles, home décor and jewellery, at the CERC campus on Kalakshetra Road, till June 30.
The event is expected to be a one stop shop of rare Indian arts and crafts with over 100 stalls.Products on display include traditional textiles like Kantha, Kasti, Ikat, Phulkari, Uppada, Patola and Chikankari, Phalodi hand woven embroidered Urumul tops, exotic sarees from Kolkata and Banarasi, exquisite candle stands, Lambani and Jaipur jewellery, bamboo arts and crafts, Tanjore paintings, Patachitra, Madhubani, wrought iron and antique furniture, batik and block printed clothing, shell crafts, grass baskets, artistic sculptures and many more.
We offer a unique assortment of handcrafted jewellery including exotic Odisha tribal ornaments, silver filigree, Jaipur lacquerware and dazzling imitation jewellery.

Pet adoption activities
Maniya will also feature a pet adoption and fundraising event hosted by iAdopt, a non-profit organisation that specialises in animal adoption. It will take place on June 22, 23, 29 and 30 from 3pm to 7pm. This family-friendly event will provide animal lovers with a wonderful opportunity to adopt cats and dogs. Visitors will have free photo opportunities with pets, special food and merchandise stalls for fundraising, and a chance to meet adorable cats and dogs looking for their forever homes.
