This week's highlights: HOME and The Who's Tommy closed on July 21. JOB began previews at the Hayes Theatre and will open on July 30. HOME was scheduled for seven performances. WICKED seated 1,807 for four performances this week and 1,926 for four performances for a total capacity of 14,932. The figure of 1,867 was used because both capacities could not be listed for this report. THE OUTSIDERS broke the Bernard B. Jacobs Theatre box office record for the fifth consecutive time with a gross of $1,432,115.70 for the week ending July 21, 2024. The Who's Tommy sold out its final week on Broadway, grossing $1,039,085.11 for the week ending July 21, 2024, an increase of more than $265,000 over the previous week's gross.
