Rachel's Kitchen, the Las Vegas eatery that first opened in 2006, announced that construction has begun on its first Lone Star State location in Frisco, Texas.
It will open this spring at 3620 Star Blvd. in St. Paul. Rachel's Kitchen, located at 1200, is known for its unique dining experience, featuring a menu made with fresh, locally sourced ingredients.
“We are very excited to begin construction in Frisco and begin development in the Texas market,” said Rachel's Kitchen Founder Debbie Roxazard. “With this expansion, we are seeking additional potential franchise partners with an interest in the restaurant industry to bring Rachel’s Kitchen’s renowned and proven success to Texas.”
Among the restaurant's wide range of dishes, from healthy to indulgent, are breakfast items such as avocado toast and a variety of scrambles. Gourmet sandwiches like the Turkey Club and the Ultimate Grilled Cheese. Hearty pasta dishes like traditional tomato basil and Rachel's mac and cheese. Along with a variety of comforting soups, to name a few.
In addition to food, Rachel's Kitchen also offers several beverage options, including coffee, lattes, tea, juices, and smoothies.
The upcoming Frisco location will be the first restaurant opened outside of Nevada by Rachel's Kitchen, which previously opened eight locations throughout the Las Vegas Valley.
The brand says it plans to expand to more Texas cities in the future and is eyeing prominent markets such as Dallas and Fort Worth as potential franchise opportunities.
