Celebrity real estate watchers revealed this week that Helen Hunt's three-bedroom, 2,000-square-foot Upper West Side apartment was a mere $155,000 profit for Helen Hunt, who bought it in 2006 for $2.425 million. There is a lot of excitement over the news that the item has been sold.
Mr Hunt's renovations to the property during the eight years he owned it included an overhaul of the kitchen, and he is believed to have been responsible for at least some of the furniture seen here.
No need to adjust the screen. These are multi-colored kitchen cabinets painted in alternating shades of green, white and yellow. While we certainly understand wanting to update your kitchen to something more interesting than standard white, the tricolor solution doesn't quite seem like the celebrity real estate move we'd expect. So, bravo to risk-taking hunters and new buyers!
