A DIY fan has shared how she transformed her kitchen on a budget using great deals from B&M.
DIY fans say they were able to make a small kitchen look even bigger with just a few changes.
A creator named @Shayhome shared her kitchen transformation in a TikTok video online.
They said: “We upgraded our kitchen for a whopping £170!
The DIY fan revealed she started her transformation by first painting her kitchen cupboard doors white.
To do this, you need to remove them and make sure that the varnish has been sanded and removed.
The DIY fan then covered the basic kitchen tile with self-adhesive wall tiles.
These are very affordable at just £10 and are very easy to apply and remove.
Shayhome chose Hatfield's white subway adhesive wall tiles, but B&M's website says they are running low on stock, so hurry if you want these.
Next, the DIY enthusiast laid down DC-Fix adhesive film to hide her boring kitchen countertop.
You can also buy it from B&M for £7.50 and it's perfect for covering everything from kitchen doors and worktops to tabletops and wardrobes.
The DIY fan chose Romeo adhesive film because it gives a nice marble-like finish on a budget.
DIY fans also seem to have added decorations, mostly wall art, gray and black carpet, and white vases, to match the new kitchen aesthetic.
Most of the appliances were already in black and white, which gave the kitchen a nice, unified look that opened up more space.
The DIY fan's video had more than 389,000 views, with many viewers wanting to know more about the transformation.
One user said: “I don't think even a nice kitchen makeover like this will fix it.”
Another said: “That's amazing!!”
A third user requested: “Please come and do my thing.”
A fourth viewer said: “What a stunningly beautiful and fresh kitchen.”
