The first release of Woodbridge Pacific Group homes will include five different single-story floor plans, company officials said.
All floor plans are customizable.
Woodbridge Pacific Group is one of three companies that will build approximately 300 homes and a nearby park complex as part of the first phase of the development.
According to Disney, the 618-acre community will include more than 1,900 total housing units, including additional single-family homes and future condos, an optional Artisan Club with on-site amenities and club programs, and a town center with shopping. There are plans to do so. Enjoy your meal along Cotino Bay.
Disney officials say home sales are expected to begin later this year.

What is Cotino?
Cotino is the first community designed by Storyliving by Disney.
Developers describe Cotino as a “dynamic, creative oasis set in the stunning landscape of Palm Springs.” The development plans to bring “Disney magic” to a new neighborhood in Rancho Mirage.
In addition to private residences, there will also be hotels, entertainment, shopping and dining. Everything is planned around a 24-acre lagoon. There will also be neighborhoods designed specifically for adults 55 and older.
So far, local residents have had mixed reactions. Some have raised concerns about the impact on traffic, water use and affordable housing. Others share their excitement about the development.
In March 2023, Cotino unveiled the first renderings of Parr House, a unique location inspired by the mid-century home of the famous superhero family featured in Disney and Pixar's Incredibles 2. shared.
There is a beach park separate from the private clubhouse, which the public can access by purchasing a day pass.
