Alicia Keys dressed to impress as she attended the opening performance of the new Broadway musical “Hell's Kitchen” in New York City on Saturday night.
The singer wore classic black pumps for her performance. Her heels featured a sleek silhouette and pointed toe, and stiletto heels measuring approximately 4 inches tall completed the look.
After 12 years of writing the musical's music and lyrics, the Grammy Award-winning artist has arrived at the Shubert Theater for the show's first Broadway run. Loosely based on Keys' personal upbringing, the story follows 17-year-old Ali, played by Marea Joy Moon, as she explores the energy and music of Manhattan's Hell's Kitchen neighborhood in the '90s. In addition to the new songs, some of the singer's iconic singles are included on the musical's soundtrack, including “No One” and “Girl on Fire.”
Last month, Keys wore beige boots to talk about her new musical on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon. When the singer attended another opening night performance of the new Broadway musical 'The Outsiders' earlier this month, she completed another denim look with a neutral set. Following her outing, she walked the red carpet at the 10th Annual Breakthrough Awards Ceremony on April 13th wearing metallic gold sandals.

Pointed-toe pumps have been updated over the years and are a must-see capsule item at red carpet events. The classic silhouette is known for its versatility and simplicity, making it easy to pair with a variety of looks. This set is often noted for its slim construction with a slender front and thin heels, typically 3 to 4 inches. This heel can be found throughout the retail market, especially in luxury brands like Stuart Weitzman's Stuart 100 pumps (priced at $475) and Christian's Louboutin So Kate (currently on sale for $795).
