PHOENIX — Arizona brunch restaurant concept Hush Kitchen announced it will continue its national expansion with the addition of six restaurants in three states by the end of 2025.
Four restaurants are planned to open in Texas, one in Nevada and one in Utah, the company said in a press release.
The first Hash Kitchen will open in Fort Worth, Texas on Friday, May 3rd.
The expansion builds on a partnership established in 2021 when Maggiore Group partnered with Savory Fund, a private equity firm with extensive experience in the restaurant industry.

- Late 2024, North Las Vegas, Nevada.
- San Antonio, Texas, mid-2025.
In addition, a sister concept, The Sicilian Butcher, will begin expanding nationally this year, with three locations in cities across Texas.
Since its debut in 2015, Hash Kitchen has opened six additional restaurants along metro Phoenix.
The newest restaurant opened in July 2023 in Gilbert.
“It's great that the concept I created and the man I created is becoming famous,” Maggiore Group co-founder and chef Joey Maggiore said in a release. “Now everyone will know what 'hush hush baby' is.”
Hash Kitchen already has one location in Draper, Utah.
