According to police, a moped driver struck two men, rendering them unconscious, in the early hours of July 23 in the Hell's Kitchen neighborhood. One of the victims was taken to the hospital in critical condition. The unidentified moped driver is wanted on suspicion of assault and is currently at large. The incident happened just before 2:40 a.m. in front of Rudy's Bar and Grill at 627 Ninth Avenue near the corner of 43rd Street.
