Police have arrested a Soldotna woman after she allegedly threatened neighbors with a knife and damaged multiple vehicles.Soldotna Police and Alaska State Troopers responded to a home on West Corral Avenue on Saturday after a report of an elderly woman firing a weapon. Upon arrival, police found 71-year-old Katherine Bishop of Soldotna standing on the front porch with a large kitchen knife.
