California Pizza Kitchen (CPK) is ushering in summer with a vibrant new menu. From now through August 18, 2024, fans can try a variety of strawberry and Watermelon themed dishesA revamped beverage program features handcrafted cocktails and a selection of California wines.

CPK's summer menu will transport guests to the heart of strawberry and watermelon fields with dishes such as:
- California Fields Salad: A colorful dish of fresh watermelon and strawberries, creamy feta cheese, basil leaves and crunchy California pistachios served on a bed of crisp vegetables, tossed in CPK's signature champagne vinaigrette.
- Strawberry Shortcake: This summer classic gets a CPK twist with handcrafted biscuits topped with seasonal strawberries, whipped cream and house-made candied lemons. For an extra indulgence, you can also serve it with a rich vanilla Häagen-Dazs.
- Sparkling Watermelon Cooler: A refreshing non-alcoholic drink made with fresh watermelon puree, lime flavored and sparkling water.
- Summer fruit sangria: A delicious mix of Bellerueche Rosé, fresh lemonade, juicy strawberries and Grey Goose vodka. Serve chilled and garnished with summer fruit and mint.
Additionally, CPK has unveiled a new drinks menu featuring six handcrafted cocktails and an enhanced selection of California wines available by the glass or new wine flights. Highlights include:
- Bourbon Peach Smash: A balanced mix of Woodford Reserve bourbon, peach, orange and lemon.
- Sparkling Mojito: Bacardi Superior Rum, Agave Sour, fresh mint, lime and topped with La Marca Prosecco.
- Skinny & Spicy Rita: Casamigos Blanco Tequila, agave, fresh lime, shaved Serrano, tajin rim.
- Golden Cadillac Rita: Don Julio reposado, agave, fresh lime and topped with Grand Marnier.
- French Martini: Grey Goose vodka, pineapple, Chambord, orange twist.
- Blueberry Lemon Drop: Tito's Handmade Vodka, blueberries and refreshing lemon.
Wine selection highlights:
- White Wine: Prisoner Unshackled Sparkling Rosé, Caymus Emmolo Sauvignon Blanc, Harvey & Harriet White Blend, J. Lohr Riverstone Chardonnay.
- Red Wine: Bonanza by Caymus Cabernet Sauvignon, Oberon Cabernet Sauvignon.
