Four Seasons Hotel St. Louis, in collaboration with Horseshoe St. Louis, announces the opening of Ramsay's Kitchen by Gordon Ramsay, St. Louis' first restaurant from multi-Michelin-starred chef Gordon Ramsay. Inspired by Chef Ramsay's international travels, Ramsay's Kitchen concept takes guests on a culinary journey around the world.

Located on the hotel's 8th floor, Ramsay's Kitchen St. Louis offers breathtaking views of the iconic Gateway Arch and the mighty Mississippi River. Ramsay's Kitchen celebrates Chef Ramsay's famous dishes, introduces new favorites, and offers an upscale yet approachable menu. Enjoy signature entrees such as Chef Ramsay's legendary Beef Wellington, delicious crispy-skinned salmon, crispy fish and chips, and mouth-watering pan-seared scallops. Starters include buttery Parker rolls, tuna tartare, jumbo lump crab cakes, and a unique take on his STL Style Ribs, a local fan favorite. The dessert menu includes classic British dishes such as the chef's signature Sticky Toffee Pudding and Strawberry Eton Mess, as well as new takes on timeless treats such as Chocolate Tart and Vanilla Mascarpone Cheesecake.

Designed by California-based architecture and interior design firm AO, the restaurant's décor features warm tones of navy blue, sienna, and cream, complemented by plush furniture, creating a cozy and intimate atmosphere. I am creating it. Design elements remind Gordon of the warmth and effortless sophistication of his Ramsay cooking style, as well as his bold persona. At the same time, they pay homage to the local culture and landscape with regionally specific design finishes. There is also a focus on elements that reflect the surrounding river, including custom carpeting and bespoke artwork.
Just inside the restaurant's entrance, the stylish lounge creates a club-like atmosphere with a marble bar lined with leather stools and a relaxed seating area designed to spark conversation. . The seasonal outdoor RK Bar is centered around a fire pit and water feature surrounded by plush seating and dramatic views of the majestic Mississippi and its architecturally impressive bridges. Open seven days a week, weather permitting, from May 3 to October, it's the perfect place to enjoy cocktails and bar bites while watching the sun set over the downtown skyline.
