“The goal is to lower entry and opening costs for restaurants while providing choice and solutions for customers in Vancouver's downtown area,” says Operations Manager JJ Fraser. “We've been working on this project for about three years. We wanted to offer a new way to open a restaurant downtown.”

Rather than bringing in new business, Club Kitchen partners with established, well-known companies. Hello Nori, Dragon Bowl, Barbarella Pizza, Indico (Indian food, tacos), Hui Lau Shan (Hong Kong desserts), Chirpy Hut (hamburgers, fried chicken), and Pearl Castle (Taiwanese food) are now open. Fraser said two more people should be added by the end of May. The idea is to avoid eating duplicates of the same type of food and to “curate the lineup to give you choice.”Even if there are four sushi restaurants, he doesn't really have a choice. . ”
Who is the Club Kitchen for?
Club Kitchen is perfect for group orders, parties, and office lunches. “If you're attending in a group, or if you're having a party or office lunch, everyone can choose what they want on his one ticket,” Fraser said. “If he orders delivery, it's even more beneficial because he only pays for the delivery once. But it's really about choice and selection and the ability to get what everyone wants.”
