The Kenneth Cobonpue Showroom located at The Residences at Greenbelt San Lorenzo Tower in Makati is currently home to three esteemed designers representing globally recognized brands in contemporary home furnishings. It is home to a contemporary design showcase featuring the work of: Toronto-based housewares design firm Matt Kerumbra. Arno Luisenaars of watchmaker Lev Amsterdam. And furniture designer Cobonpue himself.
Umbra Shift, an extension of Umbra, highlights the collection with coiled stools inspired by traditional Filipino basket weaving techniques.
For Lev Amsterdam, the brand continues the principle of creating beautiful watches that everyone wants, “even if no one really needs a watch.”
On display is Kenneth Cobonpugh's Yoda chair, which was used by world leaders during the recently concluded 2015 APEC. Inspired by glass blades, the Yoda Chair is made from split wicker (indoor version) or PVC (outdoor version).
