Chalfont will soon be putting a pin on the local brewery map and joining Bucks County's vibrant craft beer scene.
In collaboration with Fusion Kitchen, Hatboro-based Crooked Eye Brewery will open a second permanent location inside the restaurant in the New Britain Village Square Shopping Center, offering craft beer daily starting May 4. It will be. Derby themed menu.
The partnership between the two companies began in November when Fusion Kitchen began hosting Crooked Eye Brewery pop-ups every Friday.
Those nights gained so many fans that the husband-and-wife team of Fusion chefs Walt and Christine Marshall, who started their restaurant and catering business in 2021, say it's a relationship worth building. I believed it strongly.
“It's going to be something different for Chalfont and we're excited to bring it to town,” Christine said.
For Paul Mulherin and his partners Jeff Mulherin and Paul Hogan, the opportunity to expand their 11-year-old brewery into Bucks County while partnering with another family-owned business was a perfect match.
“It's not just a kitchen, it's a family atmosphere with the employees and everyone. That's exactly how we feel at the brewery, it's a family atmosphere, so we thought it was a good fit.” said Mulherin.

The Fusion Kitchen underwent a minor renovation to create a dedicated bar where Crooked Eye Brewery will serve its own craft beers, craft cocktails, Pennsylvania ciders, wines and spirits.
The satellite location will offer a rotating selection of draft beers from eight taps, as well as guest taps showcasing other local breweries. Cans, crowlers, and growlers are also available for takeout.
The brewery features a number of local bands and musicians performing fusion on Friday and Saturday nights.
The restaurant's menu features a selection of dishes that pair well with the beers on offer, as well as many other popular new releases.
