STP ensures waste disposal and treated water is used for toilets and cleaning. We will soon start harvesting rainwater so that we can recycle water.”

The Hyderabad kitchen embodies Elior's vision of combining global expertise with local insight and will serve as a model for future expansion. By sourcing ingredients locally wherever possible, Elior India aims to further integrate and give back to the community by supporting local farmers and suppliers.
