“HYD's gourmet kitchen is state-of-the-art and uses the best technology and equipment. The kitchen is 20,000 sq ft and can prepare 25,000 meals but can be expanded to 30,000 meals. We use best-in-class equipment to ensure the most hygienic cooking while minimising the power required to run the equipment and ensure STP (sewage treatment) so that we can dispose of garbage and use treated water for toilets and cleaning. We will soon start harvesting rainwater so that we can recycle the water,” Sawhney added.
With the new facility up and running, Elior India is poised for significant growth. The company plans to leverage this enhanced capacity to tap into new markets and expand its service offerings. The Hyderabad kitchen embodies Elior's vision of combining global expertise with local insight and will serve as a model for future expansion. By sourcing ingredients locally wherever possible, Elior India aims to further integrate and give back to the community by supporting local farmers and suppliers.
Elior Group is a market leader in facility management services in countries like France, USA and UK and aims to offer this wide range of services to all its clients, including Elior India clients, in the near future.
