One of the healthiest menus on the Strip is also one of the tastiest. True Food Kitchen at The Forum Shops at Caesars recently unveiled its spring menu with more than 20 new items. Among the most intriguing are the yam and cheese sandwich, with gouda, pickled vegetables, black garlic vinaigrette and thinly sliced yams that create a meaty feel, and the Bougie Blanco, a white pizza layered with Parmesan cream, black truffle, cheese and hot honey on a sourdough crust.
Speaking of which, earlier this year, True Food Kitchen started serving all of its pizzas on sourdough. In a news release, True Food Kitchen CEO John Williams explained the goals of the company's new His TRUE Standards, which are embodied in pizza dough: “We believe in the power of real ingredients. We work with growers, ranchers and producers to ensure all ingredients meet TRUE standards. It means better food for your family and for the planet.”
The Ultimate Pot Roast Beef Dip uses grass-fed beef to recreate the taste of both pot roast and French dip. Other menu items include Thai peanut noodle bowls, Italian meatball sandwiches, and cocktails made with healthy ingredients.
