“We've been open for four years now, and I've always wanted to open my own place that serves plate lunches of local cuisine. Me and my partner gave it a shot, and now we're here to serve the community with high-quality food. of food,” Valdez said.
There is a wide variety of menu items, including plate lunches such as ahi cutlet, seaweed chicken, and seafood croquettes, as well as delicious Kurobuta pork cutlet sandwiches.
“We buy black pork from the mainland. We add a little salt water and fry it shallow-fried with breadcrumbs, and at home we make aori and yutane bread,” Valdez added.
They recently opened a food truck and have been stopping at various locations in Honolulu, as well as staple locations around the city.

“We're located at 1110 McCully Street, corner of Yonge and McCully. We're open from 9 a.m., our bakery, and we're starting to take orders, and we're open for lunch from 10:30 to 8 p.m.” Valdez explained.
