Following the outstanding leadership of Lindsay Priestley, who has served as Managing Director since August last year, the company has embarked on a quest to find a successor who can maintain its tradition of excellence. Richard Person has emerged as the ideal candidate, demonstrating the strategic vision and operational acumen that is poised to propel Fudge Kitchen into the future.
Richard Parson joined the company in January 2020 as Marketing & Communications Manager and has played a key role in navigating the challenges posed by the COVID-19 pandemic while spearheading our sustainability efforts. fulfilled. Following founder Sian Holt's illness, Persson took on the role of marketing and brand director and was a staunch advocate of the company's ethos and vision.
Now, as Managing Director, Richard Parson is focused on leading Fudge Kitchen into its next chapter, while honoring the legacies of Lindsay Priestley and Sian Holt.
Now in its second year as an employee-owned company, Fudge Kitchen remains committed to creating an exceptional baking experience.
