What is your bedtime ritual?
I do my best to get everyone's electronics out of the room at 9pm, including my own. I perform this ritual on my children. It's something we've been doing since they were little: aromatherapy massages on their feet. I take 10-15 minutes in each room. My son is now in his teens, so the reason I stay with my daughter for so long is mostly because he just wants to give me his own space. Then it's around 10pm and all I have to do is sleep. I like to go to bed early because I get up very early.
