Gracie's Kitchens in New Haven, Conn., is recalling 20-ounce packages of King Crenn Broccoli Cutlets with Breadcrumbs and Parmesan because they may contain undeclared sesame seeds and wheat. . People who are allergic to sesame or wheat may be at risk of a serious or life-threatening allergic reaction if they consume these products.
The recalled “broccoli cutlets” were distributed only to King Kren grocery stores in Long Island, New York. Specific store locations include Manhasset, Center Moriches, Bayshore, Bridgehampton, Shirley, Garden City Park, Eastport and St. James, New York.
This product comes in 20 oz oven safe tin packaging and is marked with the UPC code “0 8531610145 0” on the clear dome top and has a valid sell by date of 4/14/24 – 4/21/ It's 24. Top Panel To date, no illnesses related to this problem have been reported.
The recall was initiated after it was discovered that products containing sesame seeds and wheat did not have a full ingredient breakdown listed on their ingredients list.
Consumers who purchased 20-ounce packages of King Crenn Broccoli Cutlets with Breadcrumbs and Parmesan are encouraged to return them to their point of purchase for a full refund.
