The Indian Pueblo Entrepreneurial Complex (IPEC) is a community space aimed at increasing food sovereignty and entrepreneurial spirit among the Pueblo people. Its centerpiece will be a 7,500-square-foot commercial kitchen that will cater to entrepreneurs in the food and agriculture industries. “We are very proud that the Indian Pueblo Cultural Center is opening our Entrepreneurial Complex,” IPCC President and CEO Michael Canfield said in a news release Friday. “Through its facilities and services, the complex will support the vibrant entrepreneurial ecosystem that exists locally, particularly among the Pueblo people.”
