LAKEWOOD, Ohio — Irie Jamaican Kitchen is opening a planned location in Lakewood this week.
The fast-casual Caribbean concept will have its grand opening on Tuesday, May 21st at its new location at 13804 Detroit Ave.
Irie Jamaican Kitchen has multiple locations in Old Brooklyn, Akron, Euclid, and Shaker Heights. The customizable menu features bowl, box, rasta pasta, or macaroni and cheese options.
Toppings include stew chicken, curry shrimp, jerk beef, and oxtail. Plantains, beef patties and rum cake complete Chef Omar McKay's Jamaican cuisine.
Irie Jamaican Kitchen's Lakewood location will be open Tuesday through Saturday from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. Closed on Sundays from noon to 6pm and closed on Mondays. Eyrie Jamaican Kitchen also offers his catering packages at stores in Northeast Ohio.
