Houston-based family dining chain Adair Kitchen will make its San Antonio debut this fall, taking over the recently closed Jim's Restaurant location on Broadway. express news I will report it.
President Nick Adair told the paper last week that the former Jim's Diner at 4108 Broadway was purchased by the owners of two restaurant chains for an undisclosed amount. After renovations, his 4,000-square-foot facility at 4108 Broadway will reopen as Adair's Kitchen, the first in the Alamo City.

Adair Kitchen's existing restaurant serves breakfast, lunch and dinner with a focus on comfort food made with quality ingredients. The new store on Broadway will accommodate customers commuting, meeting customers and visiting nearby attractions, the company said.
Renovation work on the old gym is expected to begin this summer.
