Kelsea BalleriniTrainer of Erin Oprearevealed his top tips for staying in shape this summer.
“Tone legs are a work of art. I'm so proud of my clients. They have toned butts and I love creating a beautiful V at the top of their legs. I love giving them beautiful lines,” Oprea exclusively told us. Us Weekly The announcement was made by Celsusis and her sportswear brand, Erin Oprea Basics, at the CMA Fitness event.
“There are instructions for every day,” Oprea told the Pretty Muscles app, adding: “A lot of people only put a lot of weight on one side. I like different angles so that you get that nice V shape on your knee.”
After praising Ballerini, 30, for having “legs for days,” Oprea added: “I mean, you know, sexy legs, everybody loves sexy legs.”
When it comes to getting great abs, Oprea says it's “right there, made in the kitchen.”
“You can say, 'Do these moves and they'll get your abs,' and if you really want to tone your abs, then of course you're going to increase your protein. Don't eat too many starches. I'm not saying you should stop them completely,” Oprea says. “Then do some strength training. All that strength training will burn more calories than abs.”
Oprea points out that everyone has abs, but they also have a layer of fat on top of them: “To reveal beautiful abs, you have to burn that layer of fat on top,” he explains.
Oprea says she's met people who profess to want to work their abs every day, but “that doesn't work.”
“You can do it all day, but if you have a layer of fat on top, doing sit-ups is the worst calorie burn, you're not going to burn that many,” she said, “But you have to do it. So when you get skinny, it's like, 'Bam, hi. Let's get out of the play.'
As for exercise, Oprea suggested different variations of the abdominal roller and plank, while for arm exercises he recommended pull-ups, push-ups and dips.
“If I do those three things, then of course I can do weight training. I love strength training, but those three are my favorites for toning my arms,” she says.
Oprea's first celebrity client was Lee Ann Womack's daughter said word of mouth about her training abilities spread, which led her to work with more stars. Carrie Underwood.
“I think the most important thing for artists is to teach them how to move around on stage and dance without getting out of breath,” she says. “The best way to do that is to have them run on a treadmill while singing, or jump while singing. That way they learn how to control their breathing while moving, which makes it easier for them to dance.”
