TULSA, Okla. — Kitchen 66 is accepting applications for its Fall 2024 Launch Program for local Tulsa food entrepreneurs who want to learn the ins and outs of running a business.
Kitchen 66 continues its partnership with the Tulsa Economic Development Corporation (TDEC) to help local entrepreneurs grow their businesses.
“Program participants will learn a variety of skills, from marketing and public relations to obtaining business financing and permits,” the announcement said. “In addition, participants will have access to commercial kitchen space within Mother Road Market and the means to set up pop-up sales.”
Applications will be accepted for the next two weeks.
“After seven years of running its Launch program completely in-house, Kitchen 66 will begin partnering with TEDC in 2023 to further support local entrepreneurs in their business journey,” the announcement said. “TEDC provides unbiased business resources for entrepreneurs while focusing on fostering food innovation, a common thread for each member selected for the Launch program.”
According to the announcement, participants will undergo an advanced curriculum and will complete a full pitch deck and business plan by the end of the program. Through a partnership with TEDC, participants will receive feedback and financial literacy coaching.
The application deadline is August 10th.
According to the announcement, classes are scheduled to begin on September 16th following an interview and selection process.
