The short answer is yes, Diwan will still be open after its 2023 launch. A kitchen nightmare.
Their episode aired in December 2023 as part of the recent Season 8 revival, following a visit in June that year. The restaurant's main issues seem to stem from its choice to serve Indian and Mexican food in the same kitchen, confusing staff and customers. It also has a poor social media presence and the food is overpriced for the quality.
As with most episodes, things seemed to be back on track for Diwan by the end of the show, but history has shown that not all restaurants adhere to the changes Ramsay implements, and even if they do, not all are successful in the long term.
