Lowe's is offering a new immersive kitchen design tool.
Lowe's uses immersive 3D layouts to help customers easily visualize and design their dream kitchens.
The home improvement giant will debut a new VR feature called “Lowe's Style Studio” on Friday, February 2, 2024. apple vision proControlled by the user's eyes and hands and available via the App Store, Lowe's Style Studio allows customers to enter an immersive 3D kitchen scene.
From there, customers can explore preset styles hand-picked by. lowe's Work with professional designers to customize hundreds of real-world materials, supplies, and fixtures to your personal taste. All of these are available at Lowes.com or in-store. According to Lowe's, Style Studio offers his nearly 80 billion possible combinations.
After a customer chooses a kitchen design, they can convert the plan into a styleboard and send it via email, text, or AirDrop to their significant other, contractor, or interior designer to discuss. In a post-launch update, a customer will be able to sync style boards with her Lowes.com account, making shopping within her Lowe's app on iPhone or iPad easier.
Lowe's Innovation Labs continues its commitment to next-generation technology
Lowe's Style Studio Lowe's Innovation Lab Your own technology hub. Other solutions developed by Lowe's Innovation Labs include an end-to-end room scanning, measurement, and estimation tool called .measure space” as well as an interactive virtual model of the store, or “digital twin,” that allows employees to visualize and interact with virtually all digital data in the store.
Additionally, Lowe's Innovation Labs created the retailer's Lowe's Product Expert custom GPT tool. This tool provides home improvement product recommendations. Generation AIis based on machine learning (ML) and can create new content and ideas such as conversations, stories, images, videos, music, and more.
